Please read these terms carefully before placing your order with Quartermaster Coins
We stand behind our work. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., we used the wrong paint color compared to the approved proof), we will replace the defective pieces at no additional cost to you.
You must notify us of any defects within 30 days of receiving your order.
A "defect" is defined as a breakage, incorrect material, or significant deviation from the approved artwork proof. It does not cover minor color variations due to screen monitor differences.
Before we cut any metal, you will receive a high-fidelity Digital Proof. This is your contract.
By approving the proof via email or invoice payment, you are verifying that all spelling, dates, rank insignia, and colors are correct.
Once you approve the proof, Quartermaster Coins is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved artwork (e.g., typos you missed). If you approve it, we mint it.
Due to the custom nature of our industry, all sales are final once production begins.
We cannot restock or resell a custom coin with your unit's logo on it. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on custom orders for "change of mind" or event cancellations.
Production begins immediately upon payment/artwork approval. If you attempt to cancel after this point, you are liable for the full cost of the order.
We keep your custom molds on file for 2 years. If you reorder within that timeframe, you do not pay the mold fee again.
To keep costs low, mold fees cover the usage and storage of the industrial tooling. The physical steel dies remain the property of Quartermaster Coins and remain at our manufacturing facility to ensure quality control for future reorders.
We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to ensure color accuracy.
Colors on a computer screen (RGB) look different than physical enamel paint. If strict color accuracy is required (e.g., corporate branding), you must provide us with the specific PMS codes. If no code is provided, our designers will match the colors as closely as possible to your artwork.
By submitting a design to Quartermaster Coins, you warrant that you have the legal authority to use the logos, trademarks, or insignia involved. You agree to indemnify Quartermaster Coins against any legal action regarding trademark infringement resulting from your specific design request.
