Because we mint high-relief 3D molds and use multi-stage curing processes for our enamel, our standard production time can take up to 30 days from the moment you approve the artwork. We prioritize getting the details right over rushing the product out the door. Please plan your event dates accordingly.

No. To maintain the high level of detail and durability we are known for, we do not skip steps in the minting process. We recommend starting your design process at least 4-5 weeks before you need the coins in hand.

No. Our design services are complimentary. You will work directly with our artists to create a digital proof. We offer unlimited revisions until the design is exactly how you envisioned it. We don't cut metal until you say "Go."

For most standard orders, the mold fee is a one-time setup cost. However, if you order a higher quantity (typically 300+ pieces), we often waive the mold fee entirely. Once a mold is made, we keep it on file for 2 years, so you never pay a mold fee on reorders of the same design.

Our standard minimum is 50 pieces. Because of the industrial setup required to create a custom steel die, ordering fewer than 50 pieces is generally not cost-effective.

To keep your production timeline on track, we do not typically produce single custom prototypes. Instead, we can ship you a sample coin from a similar previous project that matches your desired specs (e.g., 3D High Relief, Antique Finish). This allows you to physically verify our weight and quality standards immediately without adding weeks of delay to your order.

We don't use lightweight aluminum or plastic fillers. We mint primarily in Brass and Zinc Alloy, which allows for deep 3D relief and a heavy, substantial feel. When you hand someone a Quartermaster Coin, they will feel the weight immediately.

Yes. If you have a physical coin you want to recreate, send us a clear photo or mail us the coin. We can draft a new 3D mold to match the original specifications.
