Government projects can involve official artwork, internal approvals, recognition programs, commemorative events, delivery requirements, and purchasing procedures. Quartermaster helps guide those details rather than asking the buyer to figure everything out alone.

More than three decades of custom manufacturing experience are paired with direct, responsive communication. We take time to understand the project, recommend the appropriate approach, answer questions, and remain involved from the initial quote through delivery.

A Clear Process From Request to Delivery

Government projects should not become harder simply because the product is custom. We keep the process straightforward and communicate throughout it.

1

Send Us the Project

Provide the organization, project purpose, estimated quantity, required delivery date, artwork or references, shipping requirements, and any important purchasing details.

2

Quote & Design Guidance

Quartermaster reviews the project, prepares pricing, and recommends appropriate size, finish, plating, relief, enamel, shape, and other production specifications.

3

Digital Proof & Approval

A detailed digital proof is provided for review. Production does not begin until the project artwork and specifications are approved.

4

Production & Delivery

After approval, the project moves into manufacturing. Quartermaster remains available through production and coordinates delivery based on the approved order requirements.

Whether this is a one-time commemorative project or the beginning of an ongoing program, our goal is to make the process straightforward enough that your organization knows who to call for the next one.

The Quartermaster Standard

Our grandfather founded Quartermaster Coins in 1992 after retiring as a U.S. Army Sergeant Major. The standards he brought to the business still shape how we approach every project today: Strength, Honor, Service, and Duty.

Strength

Built to make an impression.

We approach every design with an eye toward strong composition, dimensional detail, and manufacturing choices that help the finished coin feel substantial in the hand.

Honor

Respect what the coin represents.

A challenge coin can commemorate a unit, organization, career, achievement, memorial, or moment in history. We take that meaning seriously and pay close attention to the details that matter to the people receiving it.

Service

Personal communication from start to finish.

You are not just another project number. We take the time to understand your idea, answer questions, guide the design process, and stay available from the first quote through production and delivery.

Duty

Follow through on what we say we'll do.

Clear expectations, careful proofing, responsive communication, and accountability throughout the project. Our job is not finished simply because a design looks good—we stay engaged until the finished product is delivered.

Every project is held to the Quartermaster Standard.
